When I went to bed last night, the G&M poll on the census looked pretty much the way it had all day - 70% to 30% - with over 11,000 people voting NO :
And this is how it looks this morning :
So some time in the middle of the night, over 8,000 people suddenly got up and voted YES ? Really, G&M?
.
As The Pundit's Guide says in comments below : "Also, pretty much proving the invalidity of voluntary surveys, n'est-ce pas?"

A graphic example why these online polls are useless, even when not manipulated as this one clearly has been, their results are still skewed because of the narrow demographics of the particular website running the poll
Also, pretty much proving the invalidity of voluntary surveys, n'est-ce pas?

This is further proof those reactionary Con freepers, knuckle-draggers and trolls who pop up regularly in the comments section of online media and progressive bloggers are on the ReformaTory payroll.
And in order to get their munee, the minions and orcs have to do their job.
WV=satincyc .... the smell of sulphur
dBOs : Could still be really enthusiastic ReformaTory fans, or the Manning Centre of Political Activism or whatever they're calling the Blogging Tories now.
Anon : As I noted at Dawg's, that SDA link was 24 hours old before the poll started to shift so I think we have to look elsewhere.
Pundit : ;-) Exactly.
Kev : I agree on their general uselessness - especially polls which allow repeat voting - I but thought the pre-freep response was pretty interesting, given the way the poll was worded.
I hate it when that happens when I'm sleeping.
I wonder if the G&M noticed that over 80 percent of the exit clicks probably went to porn sites.
