- Keeping files on members of Congress and 9,900+ Americans in the anti-war movement
So -- 9/11 didn't change that much after all.

Illegal activities went underground with Congressional oversight in the 70's.
911 gave cover to completely remove the quaint notion of inalienable rights.
The U.S. is now officially an evil empire.
However, to offset this travesty, Paris and Lindsay have found Jesus.
