excellent video and we can go pre-40's to look at how this has been used....native indian genocide, the dark ages....i'm sure dark minds have used this for millenium en masse in society.
for individuals, my mother had shock therapy....it only fucked her up more. makes me think too about the lsd experiments in the 40's and the eugenics program of the 20's and 30's (sanctioned and promoted by winston churchill).
